Vinyasa with Anya in Central Basel
Step out of the city’s bustle for an English-language Vinyasa class at VOLTA YOGA’s Innenstadt studio.
Why it caught our eye
The emphasis on breath and transitions offers a focused movement break in the middle of the day.
About this experience
Join Anya for a flowing yoga practice at VOLTA YOGA in central Basel. Vinyasa links postures into sequences, giving attention to the transitions as well as the shapes themselves.
What you can expect
Anya Häusermann leads a 60-minute Vinyasa class in English. Breath accompanies a flowing sequence of postures and their transitions. This physically active style is intended for people with some yoga experience; the studio directs complete beginners to Hatha or Slow Vinyasa.
