The small group of five or six women shares yoga, island outings and meals, with each day organised around a different part of Maui.
What you can expect
After a welcome practice and sunset circle, the programme includes a surf lesson, a guided Haleakalā volcano hike and sunrise meditation near the rainforest along the Road to Hana. Yoga, a sisterhood workshop and a closing integration circle accompany the outings. The group stays in a private house in Paia.
