A weekly Hannover meditation evening with relaxation, Lamrim practice and space to explore Buddhist teachings.
Why it caught our eye
The open, no-registration format makes a traditional Lamrim practice unusually easy to approach, while leaving room for both quiet meditation and shared learning.
About this experience
Monastics and long-standing students of Ganden Tashi Choeling guide a weekly evening focused on inner peace, wisdom and compassion. Each gathering combines body–mind relaxation with Lamrim meditation and time to exchange reflections on Buddhist teachings.
What you can expect
The 1-hour evening begins with body–mind relaxation and moves into a guided Lamrim meditation. Afterwards, there is an opportunity to discuss Buddhist teachings with the group.
Good to know before you go
The session is held in German at WasmitHerz, Windthorststraße 3–4 in Hannover. No registration, ticket or previous experience is required, and the organiser welcomes a voluntary contribution.
