Where Senses Meet: Sensory Meditation
Explore taste, scent, sound and touch through guided meditation, breathing and gentle movement at Berlin Well.
Why it caught our eye
Everyday sensations become the starting point for meditation, from holding warm tea to noticing a sound or a subtle change inside the body.
About this experience
Let an ordinary sensation become something to notice: the warmth of tea in your hands, a scent, or the movement of your breath. Where Senses Meet brings these experiences into a guided sensory meditation at Berlin Well, with time for stillness and gentle movement.
What you can expect
Begin with tea and breathing, then explore taste, scent and sound. Touch is explored with objects such as feathers and ice, without skin-to-skin contact. The invitation is to notice sensations within your body as well as those around you. You do not need meditation experience.
