Women’s Circle: Protecting Our Energy

The theme gives the sharing circle a clear focus. The programme moves from reflection and conversation into a sound bath, leaving room for different ways of taking part.

Alba Blesa Soler leads this circle for women. The programme opens with ceremonial cacao at 10:30. At 10:45, the conversation turns to what drains your energy, how to restore it and how to respond to environments that feel harmful.
