Women’s Yoga Community Afternoon in Berlin
A 2-hour women-only workshop in Berlin with gentle yoga, somatic awareness, singing bowls and an optional sharing circle.
Why it caught our eye
The workshop combines movement, body awareness, sound and community in a clear 2-hour format. Its small group, explicit welcome for beginners and responsible health boundary make the experience easy to picture before booking.
About this experience
Set aside an afternoon for movement, rest and connection in a small women’s group in Berlin. Yoga teacher Patrycja Kupka brings together a gentle Vinyasa or Hatha flow, somatic exercises and a sound session with singing bowls, with space to meet other women without pressure to perform.
What you can expect
The session begins with a gentle Vinyasa or Hatha yoga flow, followed by somatic exercises that invite attentive noticing of the body. A singing-bowl sound session creates a quieter closing phase, and an optional women’s circle offers space for conversation. Each participant also receives a small goodie bag.
