Overtone Singing Workshop with Risha Bergomi
A practical introduction to overtone singing, using guided voice and listening exercises to bring out the harmonics already present in each sound.
Why it caught our eye
This workshop makes an unusual vocal practice approachable without assuming prior knowledge, with clear space to listen, experiment and explore your own sound.
What you can expect
A 6-hour workshop in German at Klangwald, with guided voice exercises, attentive listening, group exploration and time to practise the technique yourself. It is suitable for people with or without previous overtone-singing experience.
Good to know before you go
Register through the workshop form. The self-assessed fee is CHF 90–150 and your place is confirmed after payment; instructions arrive by email. Klangwald is a short walk from Bazenheid station. Street shoes stay at the entrance, the room has limited heating and no cooling, and dogs stay outside. The form also offers a separate mantra-singing gathering later that day; it is not part of this listing.
What this is
Risha Bergomi guides a hands-on introduction to the foundations and technique of overtone singing. The group listens closely, experiments with vocal resonance and explores how one voice can make several tones audible.
