General tickets currently start at CHF 30 including tax. A CHF 20 student, KulturLegi or IV ticket requires ID; higher Standard and Support Lover tiers are also available. Optional Flex upgrades add a fee and allow refunds until 48 hours before the event, less the stated deduction. Tickets are personalised. Online sales end at 22:00, but entry closes at 19:30. The dancefloor is substance-free, phone-free and mostly word-free; barefoot dancing is optional. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
