Yin Yoga & Breathwork Teacher Training in Gozo

Practice teaching connects the course’s philosophy and anatomy to the practical work of planning a Yin class. Outdoor sessions bring Gozo’s beaches and cliffs into the week.

Morning Yin practice, lectures and afternoon practice teaching. The syllabus covers postures, anatomy, philosophy, meridians, breathwork, meditation, mantra and sequencing. The 50 hours comprise 40 guided hours and 10 hours of assignments; certification requires completing the work and passing a test.

For qualified yoga teachers and advanced practitioners. Choose one of eight courses from November 2026 to December 2027. Residential packages start at EUR 1,895; July and September cost EUR 2,095. Confirm the seasonal rate for your chosen week. Seven nights, breakfast, lunch, learning materials and Mgarr harbour transfers are included; dinner and flights are extra. Accommodation is at Quaint Boutique Hotels in Sannat or Xewkija, or Calypso Hotel in Marsalforn.
