Yin yoga and live handpan with Joana and Severin in Liestal
Slow, supported yin-yoga postures accompanied by Severin’s live handpan at PRANA Liestal.
Why it caught our eye
The live music is created alongside the practice, giving this a different feel from a class with a recorded soundtrack. Slow postures and supports leave room to follow your own pace.
About this experience
PRANA Liestal brings yin yoga and live handpan together for a quiet Sunday session. Joana Siegenthaler hosts, with Severin creating music in response to the atmosphere of the class. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
What you can expect
The practice moves slowly, with several minutes spent in individual postures and pauses to notice your breath and sensations. Bolsters, blocks or blankets can support the positions. Severin’s handpan accompanies the practice live and intuitively, alongside moments of stillness. You do not need previous yoga experience or a particular level of flexibility.
