About this experience
Hilde Stöckli guides a quiet Yin Yoga practice at Yogagemeinschaft Luzern. Yin is a slow, meditative style of yoga: cushions and other supports help make the postures comfortable while you stay in them for a few minutes.
What you can expect
Postures are supported with bolsters, blankets and blocks and held passively for around three to five minutes. The focus is on attentive movement, stretching and allowing time to settle, without a promised health result.
Good to know before you go
A single workshop costs CHF 40, or CHF 28 for students and KulturLegi holders. An optional five-session pass costs CHF 175, or CHF 125 at the reduced rate. The venue is Hirschengraben 13a, 6003 Luzern, on the first floor of the courtyard building; no accessibility badge is confirmed.
