Yin yoga and sound bath with Simone Blöchlinger

A quiet Friday evening in Frauenfeld, moving from yin yoga into a lying-down sound bath with crystal singing bowls, rainstick and Koshi chimes.

Why it caught our eye

The movement-to-stillness structure gives the evening a clear shape, while the choice of individual dates makes it easy to try one session.

About this experience

Make room for a slower end to the week at YOGAPLACE in Frauenfeld. Simone Blöchlinger leads an evening that brings together yin yoga, where you spend time in gentle positions, and a sound bath, where you lie on a mat and listen. Each session has its own theme. You can join a single evening without following the whole series.

What you can expect

Begin with a short breathing exercise or meditation to arrive. Yin yoga comes first, followed by a sound bath with instruments including crystal singing bowls, a rainstick and Koshi chimes. The emphasis moves from practising positions to resting and listening. No previous yoga experience is needed.

Good to know before you go

Regular admission is CHF 49. YOGAPLACE customers with a valid subscription pay CHF 45, or use one subscription unit plus CHF 20.
