Yin Yoga & Soundbath in Karlsruhe

This 75-minute class combines slow Yin Yoga postures with the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments. The practice takes place in a warm, quiet room with a maximum of eight participants, with bolsters and cushions available for support.

Expect unhurried, floor-based postures held for longer periods while live sound accompanies the practice. If you wish, a singing bowl may also be placed on your body as part of the experience.
