Yin yoga with Frank at Planet Yoga Zürich

Longer holds make stillness part of the practice. You can spend time with a posture instead of moving straight on to the next one.

Give yourself time to settle in a gentle, inward-looking Yin class. Frank guides passive postures held for around three to five minutes or longer, leaving space to notice your body and the quieter pace.

Frank leads Yin yoga at Planet Yoga. The class uses passive poses with longer holds and an emphasis on quiet, inward attention.

A single 90-minute lesson costs CHF 40. The Jungle Room is at Rüdigerstrasse 15, 8045 Zürich. Cancellation is possible until one hour before the start.
