What you can expect
Nico Luce and Kinga Toth teach functional anatomy, fascia and joints, meridian theory, Yin and restorative sequencing, cueing, voice and holding space. The programme includes morning practice, lectures, methodology and pose labs.
Good to know before you go
Part 1 runs 22–25 October and Part 2 runs 5–8 November 2026 at Yoga Grenzenlos, Hauptstrasse 10, Kreuzlingen. Regular price CHF 1,500. A non-refundable CHF 300 deposit reserves the place; the balance is due by 22 September. Open to graduates of a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified training.
