60-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Lausanne

The course connects Yin Yoga practice with anatomy, philosophy and the practical work of teaching. Its two-module format gives participants time to absorb and apply what they learn.

Days begin with meditation and pranayama, followed by Yin and Yang practice, anatomy and physiology, discussion of the Tao Te Ching, pose labs and teaching methodology. Each day ends with a restorative practice.

The published curriculum covers Yin anatomy, energetics, history, Taoist philosophy, poses and techniques, class sequencing and the qualities involved in teaching the practice.
