Yoga and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with Seda Erkman

Move through a mindful yoga practice, then settle into the sounds of Alchemy crystal singing bowls with Seda Erkman at Light Centre Monument.

About this experience

Seda Erkman combines a yoga sequence with a sound bath in a small group setting. The movement section explores postures, personal limits and a mindfulness theme before a break and a quieter listening practice. The experience is offered as a wellbeing workshop, not as treatment for a health condition.

What you can expect

Around 90 minutes of yoga, a 15-minute break and approximately an hour with Alchemy crystal singing bowls, within the advertised 3-hour event. The organiser welcomes all levels and limits the group to 10 people.

Good to know before you go

The advertised price is £45 per person. Follow the organiser’s registration link and check the final payment details before purchasing. Payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future event. The organiser says the sound bath is not suitable for people with heart problems or epilepsy, or during the first trimester of pregnancy. The venue is Light Centre Monument, 36 St Mary at Hill; use this entrance, not Idol Lane. Source information is in English. The cover is the organiser’s yoga illustration, not a photograph of this particular workshop.
