Yoga Doc Workshop
An AYI-informed workshop combining meditation, breath and varied yoga movement for every level.
Why it caught our eye
The mix of traditional practice and specific movement qualities makes the format unusually concrete, with clear guidance for different experience levels.
What you can expect
A 150-minute guided workshop with precise instruction and individual adaptations. The practice moves through breath, postures and movement drills that explore joint control, elasticity, endurance, flexibility and release.
Good to know before you go
Reserve a place through Eversports, then transfer the EUR 40 workshop fee to the organiser; the place is confirmed after payment. Ländle Yoga members receive 10% off. Online cancellations are possible until 24 hours before the start. The organiser asks participants to be fit to practise and to disclose relevant conditions before class.
What this is
Magdalena Mair guides an AYI-inspired practice that connects traditional yoga with modern movement physiology. Meditation, pranayama and asana are paired with coordination, strength, mobility and relaxation exercises, with a particular focus on rotational strength.
