Yoga & Sound: Gentle Practice and Crystal Bowls
A small morning workshop in Arlesheim combining gentle yoga, crystal-bowl sound meditation and time for tea.
Why it caught our eye
The small group and clear transition from gentle movement into sound and shared tea give this 2-hour workshop a grounded, unhurried rhythm.
What you can expect
Nathalie guides gentle movement, conscious breathing and quiet moments before Isabelle leads a lying-down meditation with quartz crystal singing bowls. Mats and props are provided, and the group closes with tea and snacks.
Good to know before you go
The workshop is limited to eight people and welcomes beginners as well as experienced practitioners; no previous experience is needed. The early-bird price is CHF 45 until 7 November, then CHF 55. Wear comfortable clothing. The sound meditation is not suitable for people with epilepsy. Ticket sales are scheduled to close at 11:30 CET on 28 November.
