About this experience
Sonja Engler combines Viniyoga-inspired movement with periods of listening and stillness. The yoga is built up step by step and adapted to individual possibilities, rather than aiming for a particular shape. Between practices, you can lie down for the sounds of singing bowls and a tamtam gong.
What you can expect
Move with your breath, then settle into a comfortable lying position for a sound bath. Yoga and sound sequences alternate, and a guided meditation closes the session. No previous yoga experience is needed; beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
