Unroll your mat in the foyer of Kulturplatz Davos and take an hour out of the everyday. Regina leads these yoga classes, welcoming people who are new to the practice alongside those with more experience.
What you can expect
Join Regina for an hour of yoga in the foyer. These dates sit within a wider series taught alternately by Regina and Baru; each teacher leads different sessions. Bring your own yoga mat. Classes run with at least four participants.
Good to know before you go
A class costs CHF 10, paid in cash or by Twint. Register with Regina on +41 76 723 67 61 by Sunday evening before your chosen Monday class. Cancellation after that point remains payable, including if you do not attend. Meet at Promenade 58C, 7270 Davos Platz.
