Yoga Nidra & Forest Bathing Retreat on Cheung Chau
Three days of Yoga Nidra, forest bathing and gentle yoga with Myriam Bartu and Amanda Yik at Salesian Retreat Centre on Cheung Chau.
Why it caught our eye
The two facilitators bring guided rest and sensory time outdoors into one residential programme, with space to explore both practices in depth.
About this experience

The programme combines gentle indoor practice with time among trees, coastal scenery and a walk among ancient rocks. Salesian Retreat Centre is about a 20-minute walk from the ferry pier; its rooms are simple, with en-suite bathrooms and balconies.
