What this is
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice, sometimes described as yogic sleep. In this session, singing bowls accompany the practice. Orsina Studach and Ginette Geiser are the named facilitators, and the studio’s Yoga Nidra programme welcomes people without yoga experience.
