Four-Day Yoga Retreat at Michelberger Farm in the Spreewald

Four winter days in the Spreewald with Hatha and Yin yoga, guided meditation, full-board meals and time outdoors.

Why it caught our eye

The retreat balances a clear daily yoga rhythm with genuinely unhurried time to enjoy the farm and the winter Spreewald landscape.

About this experience

Carolina Frischke hosts this small-group retreat at Michelberger Farm, a three-sided farmstead near Vetschau. Mornings begin with Hatha yoga and meditation; later sessions slow down through Yin yoga and deep relaxation. Between practices there is time to walk, read or rest, while breakfast and shared evening meals bring the group together around seasonal food.

What you can expect

Arrival is from 16:00 on Thursday, followed by a welcome circle and dinner. Friday and Saturday each include morning Hatha yoga and meditation, free time, and late-afternoon Yin yoga. Sunday closes with a final morning practice, breakfast and a sharing circle. Mats, cushions and blankets are provided, and the group is limited to 17 people.

Good to know before you go
