Sankalpa: Setting an Intention for 2027

Explore what you want to carry into the new year through reflection, yoga and a personal intention.

Why it caught our eye

Reflection is woven into physical practice and Yoga Nidra, giving the day a practical rhythm. There is space to explore an intention through both thought and practice.

What you can expect

Urs Anandaratna Keller leads Hatha Yoga, breathing practices and an introduction to SWAN in the morning. After the lunch break, Yoga Nidra and further reflection support the formulation of your sankalpa. Havan and Kirtan close the day.

Good to know before you go

Studio participation costs CHF 108; the Zoom option costs CHF 95. Both include seven days of recording access, so live attendance online is optional. Bring a notebook and pen. Morning and afternoon sessions form one seminar, with a break between noon and 14:00. No previous yoga or contemplation experience is required.

Beginner-friendly

What this is

This seminar with Urs Anandaratna Keller brings the SWAN method of self-reflection together with yoga practice. You work towards a sankalpa, a personal intention, with time to consider what matters to you.
