What you can expect
Asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, yoga history and philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, sequencing, cueing, hands-on assists and supervised teaching practice. The programme includes a residential intensive in Graubünden, weekends in St Gallen and three live Zoom meditation sessions.
Good to know before you go
Accommodation and food for the intensive week cost extra. A non-refundable CHF 1,000 registration fee secures a place; the balance is due one month before the start. Applicants need at least 18 months of regular practice, English proficiency and good physical and mental health. Disclose pregnancy or medical conditions when applying and seek medical clearance for injury or pregnancy. Hands-on assists are taught; ask the organiser about consent and opt-out arrangements before booking.
