We welcome events, classes, retreats, stays, talks, ceremonies, volunteering and community projects that support personal growth, wellbeing, connection, compassion or positive change. Tell us what people can expect and what makes the experience meaningful.
Submit each offering once. For one multi-day event, festival or retreat, enter its overall start and end dates. Keep it as one listing even when visitors can buy day tickets. For sessions on separate dates, enter the first session and use “Add another date” for the others.
If you add dates, choose whether they are separate sessions people can attend independently, or parts of one event, retreat or course. Weekly classes can appear on each session date in Discover. Festival days and sessions belonging to the same course stay together, regardless of ticket options.
Include the organiser, location or online format, dates and times, event language, price and official booking or information link. Explain what the price covers and whether it is the total price, a starting price or a deposit.
Keep the description specific and accurate. Select badges and helpful details only when confirmed by the organiser. If a date, price or booking link changes, update your listing promptly.
Experiences must be lawful, respectful and free from exploitation or harm to people and animals. We do not accept discriminatory content, unrelated advertising, misleading offers or duplicate submissions.
Please do not submit experiences that have already ended.
Upload relevant images you own or have permission to use. Use the official event, organiser or booking link, and avoid linking to images hosted by unrelated third parties.
Only include personal details or identifiable photos with permission. Take particular care with private addresses and phone numbers.
We review submissions before publication and may refine the wording, check supporting information or ask you for more details. Submitting an experience does not guarantee publication. We usually respond within a few working days.
Manage submissions linked to your account from “Your listings”. You can edit a listing or choose “Withdraw listing” to hide it from Discover. While the withdrawal is pending, “Cancel withdrawal” returns it to review; it does not immediately republish it. Archived or ended listings can be edited and resubmitted.
The Conscious Guide does not take bookings or payments. Visitors book through the organiser or linked platform, where the latest availability and booking conditions apply.
