This is the privacy notice for The Conscious Guide.

Account and sign-in: your email address and basic authentication information when you create an account or sign in.

Newsletter: your email address, optional city, selected interests, preferred language, the signup or source page and a consent timestamp.

Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send us.

Listing submissions: your account or contact email, the listing details, links you share and any images you upload, together with review and status records.

Saved listings: listing identifiers stored only in your own browser (localStorage) until you remove them or clear your browser storage.

Optional nearby search: your approximate coordinates, used inside your browser to filter listings by distance. These are not stored in your account or in our database.

Essential technical and hosting data needed to operate and secure the site (for example basic request logs).

To run your account and sign you in.

To send the newsletter you requested.

To reply to your messages.

To review, publish and maintain listings.

To make the saved-listings feature work in your browser.

To keep the site secure and running.

Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage.

Lovable provides hosting and build infrastructure.

Google is involved only if you choose Google sign-in.

These providers process data only to operate the service they provide to us.

We do not sell personal data.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We currently do not use Google Analytics or a transactional email provider such as Resend.

Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Account details: while your account exists.

Contact messages: while needed to handle your enquiry.

Listing submission and review records: while needed to run the guide and protect it from misuse.

Saved-listing identifiers: until you remove them or clear your browser storage.

You can ask for access to your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it, by writing to hello@conscious-guide.com. Depending on the request and any legal requirements, we will respond within a reasonable time.

Listings often link to third-party booking pages, organiser sites and social platforms. Those services have their own privacy practices; please read them before you share information with them.

We may update this notice as the guide evolves. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
