What you can expect
Arrival and intention-setting, an intense live drum solo experienced sitting, lying or moving, then a quieter integration with shakuhachi and optional sharing.
Good to know before you go
No late admission after 15:00. The drum solo is loud; earplugs and a quieter adjacent space are available. The venue is not wheelchair accessible. This is not therapy or acute-trauma support.
