Aerial & Mat Soundbath in Zürich

The flexible setup lets participants choose between the cocoon-like support of a hammock and a grounded mat place, with four clearly bookable dates.

Each session runs 20:00–21:15 and begins with 10–15 minutes of grounding meditation before moving into a soundbath with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, rain stick, wave drum and other instruments. No prior experience is required. Choose a hammock or mat ticket for the date you want.

Meet at Serrat(u)s Bodywork, Zwinglistrasse 40, 8004 Zürich. Mat tickets cost CHF 35 and hammock tickets CHF 50; the CHF 45 low-income hammock rate is conditional. For 20 September, both hammock categories are sold out while mat tickets remain available. The later sessions currently list mat, hammock and low-income tickets.
