Digital Support Volunteer for Older People in Basel

We picked this role because the impact is direct and concrete: patient, one-to-one support can make email, apps, online travel information and documents far easier to use independently.

You will meet the same older participant around twice a month, usually at their home or nearby. Together you work through the digital tasks that matter to them, supported by induction, project guidance and peer exchange.

Applicants must be 16–30 and able to commit for at least six months. Meetings are arranged directly with the older participant, usually every two weeks for one to two hours.
