Full Moon Yoga Series in Erlenbach

Each date has its own lunar theme, while the movement and reflective elements make the series more grounded than a purely symbolic moon gathering.

Moon Salutations, spinal and hip-focused flows, mindful breathing, mantra chanting, meditation, journaling and intention setting.

CHF 45 per session or CHF 100 for a three-session series. Sessions may take place in the garden by the lake when conditions allow. Lunar-energy and nervous-system claims are presented as spiritual or experiential language, not guaranteed health effects.
