A seven-day Joe Dispenza meditation retreat in Riviera Maya, with Spanish interpretation and a required stay at one of three designated Barceló hotels.
Why it caught our eye
The Riviera Maya setting brings the group together in designated resort accommodation, while Spanish interpretation broadens access to the teaching. That residential arrangement matters when planning: every attendee must book one of the approved hotels, separately from the retreat fee.
What you can expect
The teaching builds on the Progressive course and includes seated, standing, walking and lying-down meditation. The programme also includes three Coherence Healing sessions and access to community resources after the retreat. Return transfers between Cancún airport and the designated hotels are included.
Good to know before you go
Tuition is USD 2,699 plus applicable tax. A stay at Barceló Maya Riviera, Maya Beach or Maya Caribe is mandatory and costs extra; meals and beverages are included in the hotel rate. Day passes are unavailable. Complete the Progressive preparation before attending. English teaching has simultaneous Spanish interpretation.
