Why it caught our eye
A single conference venue brings the teaching, guided meditation and group sessions together for the week. The programme gives students time to practise several meditation formats, with an online course to complete before arriving.
What you can expect
Lectures and guided practice build on the Progressive course. Meditation takes place seated, standing, walking and lying down, alongside the organiser’s Coherence Healing sessions. The fee includes breakfast, lunch and tea or coffee breaks during the main teaching days, plus access to community resources after the event.
Good to know before you go
Tuition is USD 2,699, with tax added where applicable. Accommodation is booked and paid for separately. Prior completion of the Progressive Online Course or attendance at a Progressive Retreat is required; included online access lasts until 30 days after the event. The programme is English-only, without interpretation.
