Kernwärts Breathwork Days
A two-day series of guided connected-breath sessions in Berlingen, led by Kernwärts graduates with support from Jael and Nico.
Why it caught our eye
The programme combines a clearly explained session structure with unusually detailed contraindications and trauma-sensitive facilitation. It also gives visitors a chance to experience several approaches to body-based breathwork.
What you can expect
Each 2.5-hour journey includes arrival and check-in, an introduction to the breathing technique, body and breathing exercises, connected breathwork, integration time, a break with snacks, sharing and a closing. Sessions are led by three to four graduating facilitators, with Jael and Nico supporting the group.
Good to know before you go
The group setting can be intense and is less individually adjustable than a private session. The organiser advises against attending during pregnancy or with cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, psychosis or a psychiatric history, recent surgery, or lung disease. Contact the organiser before booking if you are unsure. The practices are offered for personal exploration and are not medical or psychological treatment.
