What you can expect
An introduction for first-time participants, opening circle, Kundalini kriya with breath and movement, a 45-minute breathwork journey, then closing and integration.

Maximum six participants. Sliding price CHF 75/85/95. Not suitable during pregnancy or with diabetes or cerebral haemorrhage; contact Corinne in advance about other health concerns. Some breathing practices can be adapted during menstruation.
