Opening to Life: online retreat with Esther Ekhart
A half-day of movement, breath, meditation and reflection with Esther Ekhart, live on Zoom with a recording for all registrants.
Why it caught our eye
The programme balances physical practice with quiet reflection, and the recording makes it possible to follow at your own pace.
About this experience
Explore how you meet everyday experience through movement, stillness and self-inquiry. Esther Ekhart guides a spacious online morning with stronger and gentler options, generous breaks and time for personal reflection.
What you can expect
Esther Ekhart guides yoga, breathwork and meditation in this Zoom retreat on Sunday 1 November 2026, from 09:00 to 14:00 Central European Time (CET, UTC+1), or 08:00–13:00 in the UK. From 09:00–10:00, begin with gentle movement, breathwork and meditation. From 10:30–11:45, explore yoga, intuitive movement, breath, rhythm and stillness, with stronger and gentler options. From 12:30–14:00, turn to inquiry, journaling, questions and a closing meditation. There are breaks between the three sessions. No particular yoga or meditation experience is needed; practices can be adapted to your body and energy.
Good to know before you go
This is one online retreat with three programme sessions, rather than three separate bookings. Everyone who registers receives the recording, including those who cannot attend live. Register through the organiser’s Eventbrite page; its refund policy states no refunds. Ticket sales are listed as ending on 1 November 2026; no closing time is specified. The source is in English; no separate spoken-language information is given. The displayed total for one standard ticket is €50.
