Ouro Breathwork Group Session in Bern

The session combines an introduction, guided breathing with music and a quieter closing period. The November and December dates are booked separately.

No previous experience is required. The standard ticket is CHF 70; the CHF 80.95 option adds flexible cancellation. Check suitability with the organiser if intensive breathing may not be appropriate for you.
