Good to know before you go
The total ticket price is €23.75 including fees. Do not participate during pregnancy or with epilepsy, serious cardiovascular disease, untreated high blood pressure, psychosis, glaucoma or raised eye pressure, previous stroke, clinical anxiety disorders or recent surgery. The organiser advises discussing health uncertainties beforehand and avoiding a heavy meal for about 90 minutes before the session. Breathwork can produce strong physical and emotional responses and is not medical treatment.
