Root & Reflect Women’s Circle

The programme balances conversation with creative and body-based practices, and the organiser gives concrete arrival guidance, language information and a clear 4-hour structure.

The circle includes a mindful arrival, guided reflection on the transition into autumn, group exchange, intuitive painting, meditation and a sound bath. Participants close together and receive a small take-home surprise.
