Shamanic Breathwork: Inviting Abundance

A carefully held format with a maximum of eight participants, a clear structure and unusually specific health guidance.

Arrival and sharing, a guided 60–70 minute circular-breathing journey with drum, rattle and incense, followed by tea, a small snack and integration.

Open to beginners and experienced participants. Not suitable during pregnancy or with diabetes or brain aneurysms; contact the facilitator after recent abdominal surgery or during intensive trauma work. Tickets from CHF 60; standard CHF 75. Standard tickets are non-refundable.
