The evening combines movement and community with explicit personal-boundary guidance: participation is optional and each person remains responsible for their own limits.
What you can expect
The journey moves from cacao and singing into warm-up exercises, connection practices and ecstatic dance, followed by a guided cuddle and integration space and an optional potluck.
Good to know before you go
Bring water, comfortable dance clothes and a blanket or meditation cushion. Tickets are offered in reduced, regular and supporter tiers; standard tickets are non-refundable.
