60-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Lausanne
An eight-day, 60-hour Yin Yoga teacher training with Nico Luce at Nueva Luna Yoga in Lausanne, split across 8–11 October and 29 October–1 November 2026. The curriculum combines Yin practice, anatomy, energetics, Taoist philosophy and teaching methodology.
Why it caught our eye
This is more than a sequence-focused workshop. It links the physical practice of Yin Yoga with connective-tissue anatomy, Taoist philosophy and the practical work of teaching, while offering Yoga Alliance continuing-education credit and a route toward Nico Luce’s 300-hour certification for eligible 200-hour graduates.
What you can expect
Training days begin with meditation and pranayama, followed by Yin and Yang practice, anatomy and physiology, group discussion of the Tao Te Ching, pose labs and teaching methodology. Each day closes with a restorative practice.
Two intensive training blocks
Part one runs from 8 to 11 October, followed by a break before the second block from 29 October to 1 November. The split format allows time between the two modules before returning for the final four days.
From connective tissue to the seat of the teacher
The published curriculum covers Yin anatomy, energetics, history, Taoist philosophy, poses and techniques, class sequencing and the qualities involved in teaching the practice.
