Yoga Basics: Three-Part Workshop Series
Three generous afternoons for building a rounded yoga foundation—from postures and alignment to philosophy, breathwork and meditation.
Why it caught our eye
This series makes room for the questions a regular class often cannot hold. Rahel Jill Stanig connects the physical practice with yoga’s history and inner disciplines, so beginners can understand not only how to practise, but why.
What you can expect
Part one explores yoga philosophy, psychology, history and core concepts before an integrating asana practice. Part two focuses on sun salutations, posture families and alignment in an asana lab. Part three moves into pranayama, meditation, kriyas, bandhas, mudras and mantras, with practical takeaways for home.
